Advisory & Collaborative Circle — "The Circle of Voices"
The Circle of Voices is the wisdom body of The Voice of Women, LLC. It is composed of trusted women advisors, community elders, legal and financial counsel, and creative collaborators — women who have earned the right to speak into this organization's direction through their demonstrated alignment with its values, their lived expertise, and their covenant of confidentiality and care.
The Circle of Voices does not govern. It counsels. It does not vote on organizational decisions. It offers perspective, challenges assumptions, and provides the kind of wisdom that can only come from those who have stood in the fire long enough to know how it moves. The Founder convenes the Circle formally on a quarterly basis and informally as need arises — with the understanding that the counsel received is sacred and handled with discretion.
Members of the Circle are acknowledged formally within the organization — in ceremonial gatherings, in organizational documents, and in the quiet, sustained ways that honor makes itself known. They are never taken for granted. They are never used. They are, in the truest sense, co-keepers of the flame.
This Circle embodies the most foundational ancestral principle of this organization: no woman walks the path alone. Every decision of consequence is made with the awareness that a community of wise women stands nearby — watching, willing, and ready to speak when spoken to.
